COACHING SUPERVISION
Coaching supervision is a dedicated, confidential space to step back from the demands of your role and think more clearly about how you work with people.
It is about developing clarity, depth of insight, and the ability
to respond with intention in situations where there are no simple answers.
For those operating in complex, high-responsibility environments, it offers something that is often missing - time and space to reflect, challenge your thinking,
and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
WHAT COACHING SUPERVISION SUPPORTS
Coaching supervision enables you to:
  • Navigate complexity in people, relationships, and organisational systems
  • Reflect on patterns, assumptions, and blind spots
  • Think through challenging conversations and decisions
  • Manage pressure, responsibility, and ambiguity
  • Maintain clarity, integrity, and effectiveness in your role
Supervision is the essential sanctuary for those who support others, providing the insight to lead with presence and purpose.
This reflective practice is the art of navigating the complex, human dynamics of coaching, leading, and managing. If you support others for a living, your work is emotionally demanding and deeply nuanced. It creates a confidential space to pause and look “under the surface” of your professional interactions in order to gain a clearer “super-vision.” Whether you are a coach, leader, or business owner, it helps you navigate blind spots and maintain healthy boundaries. It is the vital support that ensures you continue doing meaningful work with clarity and resilience.
Who this is for
This work is designed for professionals who carry responsibility for people and outcomes. If your work involves making decisions about people, navigating complexity, or holding responsibility without always having space to think - coaching supervision provides that space. This includes but not limited to:
  • Senior leaders and executives
  • Managers and team leaders
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • HR and People professionals
  • Internal and external coaches, consultants, and advisors

My approach to supervision

My coaching supervision practice draws on over 20 years of experience in global organisations and multicultural environments, alongside internationally recognised coaching accreditations (PCC, ICF/Senior Practitioner, EMCC). It is informed by psychology and neuroscience, providing a structured yet flexible way to explore how you think, relate, and make decisions in complex professional contexts.

I work in a way that is reflective and appropriately challenging, supporting you while also questioning assumptions and patterns that may limit your effectiveness. Our conversations consider the wider organisational and personal context and pressures you operate within, while remaining grounded in your day-to-day reality. The focus is on clear, honest, and purposeful dialogue.

I also bring a strong understanding of highly perceptive and sensitive professionals who are deeply attuned to others and often carry significant responsibility in high-pressure environments. My intention is to create a high-quality thinking partnership where you can step back, think rigorously, and develop how you lead and work with others, while also supporting your resilience, presence, and long-term sustainability.
